Placing your Order

If you are interested in commissioning me the process is set out below. You will not be under any obligation to commit to anything until I receive your deposit.

• To start the process please e-mail me your details along with the picture (or several if unsure) of your pet that you would like commissioned. In your e-mail please state what type of commission you are interested in (please see product list).
• After receiving your e-mail I will contact you within 24 hours (you may wish to state the hours in which you would like to be contacted). I will let you know if your picture is suitable and confirm what you would like and generally discuss your expectations and any queries you may have. I will also give you an idea of when you are likely to receive your piece.
• If you are happy to commission me, I will then request a 25% deposit and send you details of how this can be paid. Please note after this point if you do decide to cancel your commission the deposit will unfortunately be non-refundable.
• When I have completed your commission I will contact you and send you a picture of your final piece. I will then require the final balance to be paid, when I receive this I will send it to you! Depending on the nature of the commission this will either be via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier.

Ideally I like to receive any payments via paypal, I found this to be the most practical, secure and easy process (and you don’t have to have a paypal account). I will give you instructions on how to do this via e-mail. I do also accept cheques and card payments!
